MEET JASON PABON


As the owner of Jay P. Fitness, I take pride in treating my work as a relationship between my clients and me. For as long as I can remember, fitness has been a part of my life.

At 16, I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do and went on to compete all over the U.S. until I was 19. After that, I explored other martial arts, including kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai, while continuing to practice Tae Kwon Do and judo. I eventually trained at Tiger Schulmann MMA to refine my kickboxing and boxing skills and to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).

From the age of 35 to the present, I have worked with multiple mentors to refine my knowledge and learn how to best help others. My dedication to martial arts also made me an exceptional nutrition expert, as maintaining proper diet and discipline was essential for competition and peak performance. This diverse experience allows me to design versatile fitness regimens tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. I am confident that I can create a highly customized, all-encompassing program for anyone, regardless of fitness level.
