MEET JASON PABON
As the owner of Jay P. Fitness, I take pride in the fact that I treat my work as a relationship between my clients and I. For as long as I can remember, fitness was a part of my life.
When I was 16, I got my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I then travelled all over the U.S. competing in TKD until the age of 19. After that, I set my sights on different Martial Arts forms such as kickboxing/boxing and Muay Thai, while still practicing TKD judo. I settled on Tiger Schuman MMA to tighten up my kickboxing/boxing and to learn a bit of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
Then, from the age of 35 to now, I’ve worked with multiple mentors in order to refine my knowledge and learn how to help others. I also became an exceptional nutrition expert as a result of my discipline and commitment to Martial Arts, since I needed to eat well to compete and stay in shape. All my experience has led me to become a Jack-Of-All-Trades. This is why I am 100% certain that I can develop a highly customized and all-encompassing program for any individual at any fitness level.
Every client walks through my door with different goals, experiences, and fitness levels.
