    Being a new mother and working a full time job, it’s hard to find the time to get other things in and I was having trouble keeping consistent with my workouts.
    When I told Jason my struggles, he offered to set up some zoom sessions for me at a time comfortable with my schedule. I jumped on the chance and I’ve been taking virtual classes with him since June and love every session.
    Jason is always checking in on you to see how you are feeling after each session- If you are sore, in pain, and whether you like the workouts.
    I would highly recommend sessions with Jason. Anything from martial arts to fat loss, HIIT style training, Jason makes the training fit for you.

    I have never met anyone in this sport who is as friendly as they are fearsome. I remember Coach Jason asking me to hold a thick kicking pad against my leg while he demonstrated a low round kick. It wasn't his 100%, but the force from that one kick alone changed my life in 2 ways: 1) I would never to anything to Coach that would warrant his roundhouse at 100% full power and 2) I would pray for the next poor soul that steps into the ring with Coach that they have an excellent physical therapist. Coach is also one of the few early birds in this sport, and training in his 7am class is truly a blessing. I always look forward to his smiling and welcoming presence each and every morning. Coach Jason has undoubtedly improved my physical well being. He possesses discipline and positivity that I sincerely want to emulate and expand.
